Sole Bootcamp
9:00am | Monday (45 minutes)
Wake up and get some heat going. This class will begin with a yoga flow, then you will move through 4 stations that work specific muscle groups. Then a quick cool down to get you energized for the day!
Strength + Cardio
6:30am | Tuesday (40 minutes)
Strength + Power & Spin Strength*
Strength + Power will get you sweaty and build endurance as well as muscles. This class is ever-changing. We focus on a section of the body and tone and strengthen it.
*Spin strength mixes in the cardio equipment and weights, alternating between cardio on the equipment and weighted exercises.

Stretch, Lengthen and Release
9:00am | Tuessday (50 minutes)
This class not only gives your body undivided attention, but also teaches you different stretches you can incorporate in your day whether that's at a desk, in the car, cheering on your kiddo, or anywhere else.
Stretching will help your recovery, flexibility, and overall health of your body. Stretching will also help nourish your ligaments, tendons, and fascia, too!
Kids Yoga South Ridge & Union Ridge

Your child will learn yoga positions, breathing techniques, meditation skills and stress reduction. What a great way to start their day!
